The property is located in Colorado along U.S. Highway 24, one-half mile west of Peyton and 17 miles northeast of Colorado Springs. Limon is 47 miles northeast also along U.S. Highway 24. See our Location Map.

• From Falcon, go 8 1/2 miles northeast on US Hwy 24 toward Peyton.
• From Colorado Springs, go 18 miles northeast on US Hwy 24.

How It Works

We offer outdoor storage and have easy access from U.S. Highway 24. Every vehicle has an assigned space. All spaces are numbered and marked with steel fence posts on each side and in the back. Most spaces are 13 feet wide although a few are 10’ wide for cars or smaller trailers. We do limit the overall length to 34 feet.
